Seminar: An Introduction To The Bearded Collie organised by the West of England and South Wales Branch
The West of England and South Wales Branch will be holding a seminar 'An Introduction To The Bearded Collie' on Sunday 20th November 2016 from 9.30am to 4.30pm at Puriton Village Hall, Puriton, TA7 8BP (a couple of minutes from Junction 23 of the M5). The seminar is open to everyone with an interest in the breed, whether members of the Bearded Collie Club or not.
The event is expected to appeal to a wide audience, from those new to Beardies who want to learn as much as they can, through to those with an interest in showing or judging who want some practical hands-on time to understand the breed's construction and movement better.
Four Beardie experts will be sharing their knowledge during the seminar:
- Susanne Moorhouse will cover the breed’s history and breed standard
- Dr Margaret Buckley will cover conformation
- Elizabeth Kershaw will cover health and behaviour
- Maureen Betts will cover judging and ringcraft.
An interesting and informative day not to be missed.
